ACCURATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management team will maintain the delivery of a quality product on time and to your absolute specification. With a designated project manager providing a single point of contact, we make sure you know exactly what’s happening through all aspects of the project cycle, and as each target is achieved – while allowing for as much flexibility as possible from your point of view.
This approach covers all aspects of the contract – from order processing, and liaising with our supply chain management, to the notification of third party inspection in line with each customer’s approved quality plans. Working in tandem with the operations team, our project managers apply a Plan-Monitor-Control cycle for the duration of the project, and maintain both external and internal communications. From the moment you make contact with us, up until after sales care, you can be sure to speak with someone who cares personally about your project.

STRATEGIC SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Our Supply Chain Management Team have developed key relationships with strategic suppliers. We purchase exclusively from approved low cost sources to guarantee best value for our customers. This means they can create fixed term consignment stocking agreements, ensuring a project which is fixed for the contract period: so, once an order is placed, costs wont change. We use a Malaysian based Supply Chain to make, or buy some components.
